“Tokio Marine Insurance Group” means “Tokio Marine Life Insurance Singapore Ltd.” and “Tokio Marine Insurance Singapore Ltd.”


By using and/or accessing this website and the services available therein ("Services"), you expressly acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions of Use.


ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

By clicking “I agree”, you hereby declare that as at the date of accessing this website and the Services, you have met the following criteria (“Eligibility Criteria”):

  1. You are an owner or co-owner of a household in the Tengah Estate;
  2. You are the Applicant of the Centralised Cooling System with SP Home Pte. Ltd.
  3. You are between 21 years and 75 years of age (next birthday) at the time of sign up;
  4. You are a Singapore citizen, a Singapore Permanent Resident, or residing in Singapore with a valid work permit or employment pass;
  5. You are not residing outside Singapore for more than 30 continuous days during the coverage period;
  6. Neither you nor any member of your family living with you has ever been refused cover, had your insurance cancelled or has had any special terms imposed by an insurance company on insurance relating to your home contents; and
  7. Neither you nor any member of your family living with you has had any contents from your residence stolen, lost or damaged in the last 5 years.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA

The use of your personal data is governed by our Data Protection Policy, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
By clicking “I agree”, you hereby declare the following:

  1. That you have read, understood and agree to our Data Protection Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy; and
  2. That you expressly consent to Tokio Marine Insurance Group and SP Home Pte Ltd collecting, using and disclosing your information (including personal data) for the purposes set out in our Data Protection Policy and for assessing your eligibility for, processing and following up on any application for products / services made herein.

MARKETING CONSENT

I/We agree and consent that Tokio Marine Life Insurance Singapore Ltd. (the “Company”) may collect, use, process and disclose the personal data, as provided by me/us to the Company through this form for the purposes of sending me/us the marketing, advertising and promotional information (“Marketing Materials”) about the Company's products using the contact information provided by me/us in this form, via any of the following means:

I/we acknowledge and agree that the above consent shall supersede and replace any prior marketing consent that I/we had provided to the Company.

If I/we have provided consent to receive Marketing Materials:

  • I/we acknowledge and agree that the Company may disclose the personal data to relevant third parties, including but not limited to the Company's related or affiliated corporations, distribution intermediaries, professional advisers, reinsurers, etc. as reasonably required for the above purpose or as required by law.
  • I/We acknowledge, declare and agree that the consent in relation to the personal data may be withdrawn at any time by giving reasonable notice to the Company. I/We will give reasonable notice to the Company if I/we wish to withdraw consent for Marketing Materials or change the communication mode to receive them.

If you wish to withdraw any marketing consent above, you understand that you may do so by submitting a written request to powercare@tokiomarine-life.sg.

You understand that you may continue to receive marketing information through the mode(s) of communication selected above within the next 21 days from the date of receipt of your written request by Tokio Marine Insurance Group.

A confirmation acknowledgment email on the sign-up should be sent to you. You can get in touch with us via the Contact Us button at the bottom of webpage if you did not receive the acknowledgment email. You will receive the policy document, after the payment for your MyTengah Smart-Home Protection on the email payment link is completed. The email payment link will be sent within 30 days of your BTO flat key collection date.
You can use the e-reference number in the confirmation acknowledgment email for any enquiries after submission.
