A confirmation acknowledgment email on the sign-up should be sent to you. You can get in touch with us via the Contact Us button at the bottom of webpage if you did not receive the acknowledgment email. You will receive the policy document, after the payment for your MyTengah Smart-Home Protection on the email payment link is completed. The email payment link will be sent within 30 days of your BTO flat key collection date.
You can use the e-reference number in the confirmation acknowledgment email for any enquiries after submission.
You will receive a confirmation email with an e-reference number after a successful submission.
Your submitted particulars may not be the same as your Centralised Cooling System sign-up details. We would like to request that you sign up again with the same particulars you used for the Centralised Cooling System.
MyTengah Smart-Home Protection is part of your Centralised Cooling System’s entitlement with SP Home; it will be tied to the same applicant who signed up for Centralised Cooling System.

MyTengah Smart-Home Protection

Your MyTengah Smart-Home Protection will be effective, after the payment for your MyTengah Smart-Home Protection on the email payment link is completed. The email payment link will be sent within 30 days of your BTO flat key collection date.
The coverage option is tagged to your flat type as part of the Centralised Cooling System sign-up by SP Home.

Your MyTengah Smart-Home Protection coverage is valid for 3 years after the payment for your MyTengah Smart-Home Protection on the email payment link is completed. The email payment link will be sent within 30 days of your BTO flat key collection date.
HDB Fire Insurance covers the cost of reinstating damaged internal structures like walls, fixtures, as well as areas built and provided by HDB.

MyTengah Smart-Home Protection offers you protection for the contents of your home such as your built-in cabinets, furniture, appliances, personal belongings etc.,. For more details, please refer to the product summary on the sign-up website.
MyTengah Smart-Home Protection covers damages to your home caused by the bursting or overflowing of domestic water tanks and pipes, excluding homes that have been unoccupied for more than 30 days.
MyTengah Smart-Home Protection will protect your home contents against theft, resulting from a forced entry or exit from your home. It does not cover losses resulting from theft by visitors or theft that happened in an unsecured property.

Your MyTengah Smart-Home Protection is activated after paying for your MyTengah Smart-Home Protection on the email payment link, sent within 30 days of your BTO flat key collection date.
The MyTengah Smart-Home Protection is an entitlement that is offered as part of your Centralised Cooling System sign-up offered by SP Home. Please reach out to your SP Sustainability Ambassador or email tengahcooling@spgroup.com.sg to inform them of the termination of your Tengah BTO flat.
